We design, build and run a custom professional website for you — for a fixed monthly fee, with no upfront setup fee and no fixed term. Hosting, maintenance, security and technical care are already included. You can end the subscription with 30 days’ notice.

A website as a service — not a purchase
On the monthly plan you get a complete, custom-designed website, managed for as long as the subscription is active. The website, the code and the design remain the property of DreamFast Studio; your domain, your content and the assets you provide remain yours. The subscription plans include hosting and technical maintenance as part of the website service, but they are not DreamFast Care. DreamFast Care is for a website the client already owns.

Your website is provided as part of the subscription and remains the property of DreamFast Studio. Your domain, brand assets, content and business data remain yours. Your right to use the website continues while the subscription is active; if the subscription ends, that right ends — but the domain stays yours.

Pages, posts and products
Blog posts and articles do not count toward the page limit — they use the article template rather than a uniquely designed page
Products do not count toward the page limit; each plan has its own product allowance, which describes the store size that plan supports
Entering, importing or migrating content and products at scale depends on how the material is supplied, and may be quoted separately
Automatic system pages — cart, checkout, account, archive, category, search, 404 and similar — are not counted
Content and copywriting
Copywriting and article writing are not included — you provide the content
Occasional uploading of content you provide is covered by the small updates
Professional copywriting, large-scale editing, bulk manual entry and complex content imports or migrations are quoted separately

Payment, billing and cancellation
No upfront setup fee
No fixed term
Billing is monthly only; there is no annual option for the subscription plans at this stage
The first charge is taken when work on the website begins, not only when the site goes live
A fixed monthly charge follows
You can end the subscription with 30 days’ notice
You are not charged for future months of service that will not be provided
When the service ends, the right to use the website ends and the website may be taken offline
There is no automatic handover of code, site files, design, theme or a full database
Buying the website or transferring it to you is possible only under a separate written purchase agreement
If a payment is missed we notify you and give you a chance to settle it
If a payment remains unsettled for 14 days, the service and the website may be suspended until it is resolved
Before anything is permanently deleted a backup is kept for 30 days, unless a technical or legal constraint prevents it

DreamFast Studio covers its registration and renewal as part of the subscription
The domain is registered in your name and remains yours
Premium domains, special domains and unusual costs are not included
If the subscription is cancelled, DreamFast is not obliged to fund future renewals — the domain still remains yours
Revision rounds during the build
Two focused revision rounds are included in building the website
They cover fixes and improvements to the design and the content, within the direction that was approved
Substantial changes, a change of design direction after approval, or additional rounds beyond the two may be quoted separately
Prefer to own your website?
You can also buy a website outright with a single payment and own it in full. Once the full fee is paid the website is handed over to you. Hosting and maintenance are not included in the purchase price unless the proposal says otherwise: you can join DreamFast Care separately, choose any other hosting provider, or not host the website at all. DreamFast Care is an option, never a condition of buying a website.
