This privacy policy explains what information is collected on the DreamFast Studio website (dreamfaststudio.com), how it is used and how it is stored. The data controller is Yosef Saada, operating DreamFast Studio. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
What information we collect
- Details you provide through the contact form: name, business name, email, an optional telephone number, the selected service, whether an existing website exists, an optional existing-website address, an optional estimated budget range, the project description and your preferred contact method. If you reached the form through a link that preselects a service, that selection is included as well. The form does not support file uploads.
- Basic technical data generated while browsing (such as IP address, browser and device type) for operating and securing the site.
- Analytics data collected through Google Analytics — only if you have given consent (see “Cookies and analytics” below).
- A record of your cookie choice (accept or reject).
How the information is collected
Information is collected in two ways: directly from you, when you complete and submit the contact form; and automatically, through cookies and technical tools — where non-essential cookies load only after you have given consent.
How we use the information
- Responding to your inquiry and assessing project fit.
- Preparing a proposal and managing further communication.
- Operating, securing and improving the website.
- Meeting legal and accounting obligations.
Providing information is voluntary
Providing the form details is voluntary and is not required by law, but without the required fields we will be unable to respond to and handle your inquiry. We do not sell or rent your details to any third party, and we will not send you marketing without your consent.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies. Necessary cookies are required to operate the site and do not need consent. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load only after you have given explicit consent through the cookie banner. Until consent is given, Google Analytics is not loaded and no _ga cookies are set. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the “Privacy settings” link in the footer of every page; when consent is withdrawn, the _ga cookies are deleted.
| Cookie | Source | Purpose | Category | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| dfs_consent | DreamFast Studio | Stores your cookie choice | Necessary | Up to 180 days |
| pll_language | Polylang | Remembers your language preference | Necessary / functional | Up to 1 year |
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes users for measurement | Analytics (only after consent) | Up to 2 years |
| _ga_RMB7F04RLY | Google Analytics | Maintains measurement state | Analytics (only after consent) | Up to 2 years |
Service providers
To operate the website and handle inquiries, we use service providers that process part of the information only as necessary:
- Spaceship — website hosting and the business email mailbox.
- WP Mail SMTP — sending outgoing email from the site (through Spaceship’s mail servers).
- Google Analytics / Google Site Kit — measuring site usage, only after consent.
- Loginizer — securing access to the management system.
- Backuply — creating backups of the site.
These providers act as data processors on our behalf, subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies.
Transfers outside Israel
Some providers (such as Google) may process information on servers located outside Israel. In such cases the information is subject to those providers’ privacy policies and data-security arrangements.
Data retention
Inquiries that did not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months after the last relevant communication, and are then deleted or anonymized. Client and active-project records are retained as reasonably required for service delivery, business administration, accounting obligations and potential disputes. Analytics, security, server, email and backup information is retained according to the settings of the relevant systems and providers.
Deleting information from the active database does not necessarily remove it immediately from protected historical backups; information may remain in backups until the normal backup-rotation cycle removes it.
Data security
The site is secured with an SSL certificate. We take reasonable measures to protect the information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure, including securing access to the management system. However, no security measure provides absolute protection.
Your rights
- To review the information stored about you.
- To request correction of inaccurate information.
- To request deletion of the information, subject to applicable law.
In addition, you can withdraw your Analytics consent at any time through the “Privacy settings” link at the bottom of the website. To exercise the other rights, email [email protected].
Children
The website and the Studio’s services are intended for businesses and adults and are not knowingly directed at children.
