These terms apply to the services provided by DreamFast Studio (“the Studio”) and to the use of this website. Submitting the form is not a binding engagement; the engagement takes effect once a written proposal is approved and the deposit is paid.
The services
The Studio provides design and development of new websites, redesigns of existing sites, landing pages, WooCommerce stores, and hosting and maintenance. The scope of each project is defined in the brief and the approved proposal, which is the binding basis for the work.
Proposals and payment
The prices shown on the site are special launch prices, limited in the number of slots. The final price is set and confirmed in writing after a fit call and a scope review. A 50% deposit is required to reserve the project; the remaining balance is paid before the site goes live or before full access and files are handed over.
Scope and revision rounds
Each package includes two focused revision rounds unless stated otherwise in the proposal. Work, pages and functions not included in the approved brief, as well as direction changes after design approval, are quoted separately — by the hour or by a separate proposal.
Intellectual property
Upon full payment, usage rights to the final project deliverables transfer to the client. Licenses, fonts, plugins and third-party services remain subject to their providers’ licensing terms.
Warranty and limitation
The Studio works professionally and with reasonable diligence. The Studio is not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, from content supplied by the client, or from changes made to the site after handover by someone other than the Studio.
