Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to the use of dreamfaststudio.com and to the services provided by DreamFast Studio (the “Studio”), operated by Yosef Saada, an Israeli exempt dealer. For every project, the controlling documents are the written approved proposal and its project brief; if these general Terms conflict with the approved proposal, the proposal prevails.

Formation of the engagement

Submitting a website form is not a binding engagement and does not oblige the Studio to accept a project. An engagement begins only after written approval of a proposal and payment of the required deposit. General website information, including displayed prices, is preliminary until the scope is approved in writing.

Services and project scope

The Studio provides website design and development, landing pages, upgrades of existing websites, WooCommerce stores, and hosting and maintenance services. The exact deliverables, pages, functionality and schedule of each project are defined in the approved proposal and brief — and those documents, not general website descriptions, define the scope of work.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing on time: accurate information, content, images, logos and brand assets, necessary approvals, access to the domain, hosting and systems where needed, and one coordinated set of feedback per revision round. The client confirms that materials supplied do not violate third-party rights and that the client holds the permissions to use them.

Schedule and client delays

The schedule begins after the deposit and all required materials and access have been received. Client delays — missing materials, delayed feedback or access problems — may pause the schedule and move the delivery date. A material delay may require rescheduling according to the Studio’s availability at that time. No fixed turnaround is promised unless one is stated in the proposal.

Approvals and revision rounds

Approval of a stage or design is given in writing (including by email or documented message). Each package includes two focused revision rounds unless the proposal states otherwise; feedback for each round is provided in one consolidated set. A change of direction after approval, and pages, functions or requests outside the approved scope, are additional work quoted separately.

Additional work

Additional work is billed at the rate stated in the approved proposal; if the proposal states no other rate, it is billed at the Studio’s current published hourly rate as in force at the time (at the date of this update: $75 per hour, with a half-hour minimum). Where practical, an estimate will be provided or approval obtained before additional work is performed.

Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Payments and pausing work

Payment terms differ between the products, and are set out separately below.

Third-party purchases for the project may require advance payment. The Studio may pause work while an approved payment, material, access or decision is overdue. On a one-time purchase, final handover and full access may be conditioned on full payment, subject to applicable law.

Third-party services and licenses

Domains, hosting, plugins, fonts, stock media, payment gateways and other external services remain subject to their providers’ terms. Recurring license and renewal fees are not included in the project price unless the proposal states otherwise. The Studio cannot guarantee the uninterrupted operation of third-party services, and nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Intellectual property

The client retains rights in materials the client supplied. After full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to the final custom deliverables built for the project. Tools, methods, libraries, templates and reusable components that the Studio held before the project or developed for general use remain the property of the Studio or their original owners. Third-party components remain governed by their licenses. Unfinished concepts and rejected directions do not transfer unless agreed in writing.

Portfolio use and confidentiality

The Studio may display a publicly launched project in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Confidential information received from the client will not be publicly disclosed, and confidential or pre-launch material will not be published without permission.

Handover, defects and future changes

Handover occurs according to the proposal and after payment. A “defect” means delivered functionality that does not operate according to the approved specification. Content changes, design changes, compatibility issues caused by later third-party updates, and new functionality are not defects. No free-support period is promised unless one has been approved in the proposal; future maintenance and support depend on the selected plan or a separate quotation.

Hosting and maintenance

DreamFast Care is a hosting and technical maintenance service for a website the client already owns. It is not a website subscription plan and it does not change ownership of the website.

The service is offered on a monthly or an annual term, according to the client’s choice, and the exact service level is defined in the proposal or maintenance plan. A monthly service can be ended before the next charge. An annual service remains active until the end of the period paid for, unless otherwise agreed or unless the law requires otherwise. The service does not renew automatically; renewal requires a new payment or written approval, unless automatic renewal was expressly agreed in writing.

If the service is not renewed, hosting ends and the website may go offline if it has not been moved to another provider. The website remains the property of the client, who may move it to other hosting at any time.

Content editing, text or image changes, new pages, design changes, new features and development, ongoing SEO, connecting or managing Analytics and Search Console outside a separate setup, business email accounts and third-party licences are not included in DreamFast Care. Neither is recovery from a hack that preceded the service, or defects that existed before it, unless stated otherwise. Third-party outages cannot be guaranteed against. The small-content-update allowance belongs to the website subscription plans only and does not apply to DreamFast Care.

Website subscription plans

The Studio offers two distinct ways to engage. This section separates them explicitly.

One-time purchase

Under the one-time purchase packages the website is handed over to the client and owned outright once the full fee has been paid, subject to third-party licences and to the intellectual property section.

Hosting and maintenance are not included in the purchase price unless the proposal states otherwise. The client may join DreamFast Care separately, choose any other hosting provider, or not host the website at all after handover. DreamFast Care is a separate option and is never a condition of buying a website.

Website subscription

Under the DreamFast Complete, Business and Scale plans the website is provided as an ongoing service and is not sold. There is no upfront setup fee, and the client receives the right to use the website for as long as the subscription is active and payments are up to date.

DreamFast Care

DreamFast Care is a hosting and maintenance service for a website the client already owns. It is not a website subscription plan and is not part of the subscription plans.

Nothing in this section limits any right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Suspension and termination

Either party may end the engagement according to the approved proposal, the Studio’s Cancellation Policy and applicable law. On termination, an account is prepared covering work performed, approved third-party costs already incurred and payments made; access and deliverables are handled according to that account and applicable law.

Warranty and limitation

The Studio works with professional and reasonable care. Subject to applicable law, the Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, for failures originating in third-party services, for content supplied by the client, or for changes made to the website after handover by anyone other than the Studio. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for the Studio’s own intentional misconduct, and nothing here limits statutory consumer rights.

Applicable rights

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
